Assistant Manager – Compliance & Procurement (Ref# AMC&P181012W)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and implement policies, procedures and documentation to ensure full compliance with corporate guidelines
  • Maintain and ensure that the Document Management System (DMS) complies with relevant International Standards
  • Assist in carry out sample audits to ensure compliance with the DMS and identify areas for improvement
  • Provide advice to user departments on procurement procedures and best practices regarding purchasing activities, whilst ensuring compliance with corporate governance and policies
  • Enforces ethical practices in all dealings with suppliers
  • Carry out the overall tender process and relevant tender documentations, including invitation documents, evaluation criteria, contract and assessment reports etc.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business Management
  • Minimum with 5 years’ experience in Contract Management
  • Knowledge of related ordinances and technical and professional practices.
  • Must possess proven project management skills and the ability to solve complex problems. As this position will interface with various internal and external parties, must have excellent communication skills. Position will also require strong business and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external parties on all matters pertaining to CEO office. Provide full spectrum of high quality secretarial and executive support to CEO

  • Serve as a strategic partner who works closely with the CEO, the Board and Committees to develop and deliver the company’s Public Mission strategies;

Key Responsibilities:

  • Report to CEO, CFO will be responsible for assessing organizational performance against the annual budget and company's long-term strategy, providing professional support and strategic advice to the Board of Directors and management team in critical insights to the company’s strategic business development plan

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head of Campus Management to manage the campus management team to provide professional real estate management services to Cyberport, its tenants, stakeholders and visitors
  • Manage and negotiate relationships with businesses, partners and companies based in Cyberport to maximise the value delivered to the company
  • Drive portfolio of campus management activities to maximise satisfaction and loyalty for companies based in Cyberport
  • Assist the Head of Campus Management to manage outsourced service provider(s), including those for maintenance, technical services, security, customer service and cleaning, and ensure that their performance and deliverables will meet contractual and budgetary obligations, including cost control and revenue generation, as well as the expectations of Cyberport
  • Develop and manage all aspects of facilities management to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and requirements, and ensure efficient, reliable and cost effective facilities systems and management in accordance with the company’s requirements and approved budgets
  • Assist the COO & Head of Campus Management in managing Cyberport’s hotel, Le Meridien Cyberport
  • Manage staff within the campus management department, as necessary

Requirements

  • Degree plus recognised relevant professional qualifications in real estate management, ideally MRICS, or equivalent in engineering, architecture, building survey, property management or a related discipline
  • Minimum 10 years’ relevant working experience on behalf of a developer, owner or service provider
  • Strategic as well as operational approach
  • Solid international standard experience in campus or portfolio management of Grade A commercial properties, with international working experience a plus
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, adaptability, highly independent and motivated
  • Pro-active personality with strong leadership qualities and strong problem solving skills
  • Good business acumen and entrepreneurial skill with extensive industry knowledge and contacts
  • Able to work under pressure and heavy workload in a sophisticated environment and deadline-driven environment

  • Assist management on the review and fine-tuning of the 3 Year Strategic Plan
