Systems Analyst (Ref# SA180111W)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with different business teams in order to capture new application needs and change/enhancement requests for the existing applications
  • Develop the functional enhancement specifications according to business needs
  • Participate in new project planning, business case preparation and project implementation
  • Ensure applications meeting corporate compliance and security standard
  • Act as Level 2 application support subject matter expert for Cyberport applications portfolio (EMS, LMS, CMS, CRM, Investor portal, etc)
  • Escalate application incidents to appropriate vendors
  • Maintain systems documentation, operation guides and training materials and provide application training to end users
  • Monitor applications and fine-tune performance to meet pre-defined service levels
  • Maintain the integrate of applications, ensure data consistency and quality across different applications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
  • With minimum 3-5 years’ relevant experience
  • Able to work independently with excellent problem solving and analytic skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills to work with different business teams
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Basic understanding in application/data integration and technology
  • Hands-on experience or knowledge in any of the following would be an advantage: Salesforce.com CRM, NET platform (ASP.NET, VB.NET, C#,) and RDBMS such as MS SQL Server
  • Experience in tender management would be an advantage

Assistant Manager - Human Resources and Administration (Ref# AMHRA180105W)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build up the talent pipeline, develop and implement talent acquisition activities to support Cyberport’s Vision, Mission and Strategy
  • Adopt optimal go-to-market recruitment strategies to recruit talent, using social media and innovative recruitment platforms to pro-actively reach the best qualified talent
  • End-to-end talent sourcing, from developing job descriptions, candidate identification, screening and interviewing, through to salary negotiation and on-boarding
  • Drive initiatives on employer branding and talent engagement and retention
  • Regular reporting and analyses of talent acquisition activities
  • Day-to-day support of general human resources and administration matters and projects

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in human resources or business disciplines
  • Around 8 years’ human resources experience with a strong focus on talent acquisition, ideally gained with organisations with progressive people management and reward programs
  • Keen understanding of business drivers and KPIs and work with a sense of urgency to support evolving business needs
  • Team player, self-driven, able to manage multiple projects and commitment to work to the highest professional standards and thrive in a culture of strong corporate governance
  • Ability to foster strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders across all levels

Senior Manager - Corporate Communications (Ref# SMCC180102W)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare the corporate messages framework in alignment with strategic plans for public engagement
  • Plan and develop PR and communications strategies for the company
  • Manage both external and internal PR campaigns and communications programs
  • Responsible for managing media relations and other PR functions, delivering key messages and announcements to external stakeholders, media and public to achieve a strong level of corporate image awareness
  • Maintain good relationships and publicity with established media networks
  • Work closely with internal departments to provide corporate communications support
  • Supervise and work closely with PR agency to ensure key messages are delivered consistently, with timely and quality delivery of services
  • Handle media enquiries and in charge of issue and crisis management
  • Maintain effective communication between the company and the public in particular the press releases and presentations

Requirements:

  • University degree in journalism, communications, public relations, marketing or related disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years’ solid working experience either in marketing communications, public or media relations, ideally from the technology sector or leading PR agencies
  • Good understanding of government policies in innovation and technology
  • Strong project management and organisational skills
  • Solid experience in media engagement
  • Good interpersonal and presentational skills
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Pleasant, independent, mature with strong self-motivation
  • Knowledge of digital marketing-related communication work is a definite advantage

Digital Communications Officer (Ref# DCO180108W)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for digital communication strategy for raising public awareness and appreciation of Cyberport and the digital technology companies within its ecosystem
  • Manage digital communication for corporate events and start-ups publicity, through social media marketing campaign and content development, community engagement, eDM, CRM system
  • Ensure a cohesive branding and key messages across Cyberport website, social media and other digital initiatives
  • Responsible for follow-up & assessment of digital campaigns linked with our event partners

  • Proven track record in digital marketing, project management and organisational skills

  • Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the assigned teams
  • Assist with the set-up and preparation of materials for Board or Committee meetings, and other meetings

Assistant Manager - Finance & Accounting (Ref# AMFA180115W)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform financial reporting and prepare cash flow forecasts, analytical reviews and management report
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budget and mid-year forecasts
  • Manage accounts receivable/payable functions and closely monitor bad debts and conduct credit control procedures
  • Involvement in financial review of hotel operations
  • Work closely with the investment team to understand Macro Fund investments structure and support investment execution

  • Self-motivated, energetic, well-organised with an analytical mind; able to work independently and under pressure Knowledge and hands-on experience in Oracle is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
